Nicholas Martin Cabinets use PayPal to process all payments which is considered to be a 3rd party data processor so please refer to their  privacy policy.  Any card payment details taken directly from a customer are entered directly into a Paypal handheld terminal and are not written down or recorded anywhere else.

Paper Records

Any contact details or agreements as a result of enquiries or orders are stored safely locked away.  No card payment details are held except an unidentifiable payment terminal receipt such as provided by an ordinary store.

Retention of data

We will keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide you with services that you have commissioned.  and to conduct our legitimate business interests.  Contact details will be deleted when the work comes to an end.
